1. WHAT DO YOU DO FOR ME?

Well, we do pretty much everything but live with your tenants! In addition to making sure you get the most money for your property, we provide 24/7 emergency services, maintenance scheduling, rent collection, accounting (1099s), and inspections (move in/out, and annual).

2.  WHO PICKS MY TENANT?

In the grand scheme of things, you do! We just make the process easier for you by verifying previous rental history, performing background and credit checks, and evaluating the applicant’s debt-to-income ratio.

3. AM I LOCKED INTO A CONTRACT?

Life happens, and we understand that things can change in a moments notice. We are here to help you make the most out of your investment. Our owner contracts start and expire with every new tenant lease, so we never lock you into a contract that’s too long, and if the time comes that you want to sell, we will NEVER make you sell your home with us. But, we will happily sell it for you if you want us to!
