Tenant can erect a storage structure at tenants expense with prior approval. No additional charge is applied because of the storage building; and if it ages further, or ever became damaged or destroyed, it would not be repaired or replaced, and there would be no discount in the rent if it were ever not usable. There is a narrow driveway, with fence on either side, that comes in off of the main Hwy 11. No commercial vehicles or large trucks permitted, residential passenger vehicles only.
